All elements making up the AvisPilot service (text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, images, video, sound, as well as the layout, the architecture, the databases and the code) are the exclusive property of SynapTIQ Inc. or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of SynapTIQ Inc. is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code and under the equivalent Québec and Canadian legislation.

The trademarks and logos “AvisPilot” and “SynapTIQ Inc.” are the property of SynapTIQ Inc.. Any reproduction without prior written agreement is prohibited.

06Personal data

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable to users established in the European Union, as well as with Québec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Use of the AvisPilot service is subject to the Terms and conditions of sale and use, which must be accepted by every user before subscribing.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the law applicable in the province of Québec, Canada. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunaux du district judiciaire de Québec, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
